The high profile company is looking to fill 3 months contract-to-hire position of Implementation Business Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Description
In this position you will document and mitigate issues with project integration and offer support to implementation team where needed.

Responsibilities:
Operate as liaison during implementation of new product lines and vendor integrations for existing NewInvoice clients.
Document and report on all issues identified during implementation. Document all correspondence, including conference calls, and coordinate with client and internal team members to keep status updated and to ensure tasks are completed timely.
Track and report the status of all open issues through the completion of the project.
Write procedures and test scripts as necessary.
Provide general support to ensure completion of required tasks for client integration.
Assist in providing scope and direction to business development initiatives.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Four year college degree or equivalent combination of applicable experience and education.
Minimum of three years related experience, including supervisory experience.
Mortgage Default background a PLUS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of client systems and industry directives.
Clear understanding of current Fidelity operational practices and how they apply to client processes.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
Recognized leadership ability.
Willingness to work as a team player.
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment with focus on problem resolution.
Travel to client sites as necessary.
